We also collect call data, booking data, and usage analytics when you use our AI receptionist service. We do not collect sensitive personal data. All data is stored on UK-hosted servers.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to: provide our AI receptionist service, contact you about your demo or enquiry, improve our platform, and send service-related communications. We will never sell your data to third parties. We may share data with trusted UK-based service providers (e.g., payment processors) who are bound by their own GDPR obligations.

We retain your data for as long as you are an active customer plus 12 months after cancellation. Demo request data is retained for 6 months. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
